All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Morocco Luxury Rent Car. Submitting a request through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email does not automatically guarantee a reservation until it has been confirmed by our team.

2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, the customer may be required to provide:

• A valid driving license.
• A valid identity card or passport.
• A valid phone number and contact details.
• Any additional documents required for the selected vehicle category.

3. Vehicle Availability

Morocco Luxury Rent Car makes every effort to provide the requested vehicle model. However, in some cases, a similar or equivalent vehicle may be offered depending on operational availability, booking dates and vehicle condition.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices shown on the website are indicative unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Final rental pricing may vary depending on rental duration, season, delivery location, insurance options, selected vehicle and availability.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Morocco Luxury Rent Car may offer airport delivery, hotel delivery or city pickup depending on the booking request. Delivery conditions, timing and additional charges, if any, will be confirmed before final approval of the booking.

6. Customer Responsibility

The renter is responsible for:

• Using the vehicle lawfully and carefully.
• Returning the vehicle on time and in the agreed condition.
• Respecting Moroccan road laws and parking regulations.
• Providing accurate booking and contact information.
• Any fines, penalties, traffic violations or damages caused during the rental period, where applicable.

7. Insurance and Liability

Insurance conditions may vary depending on the vehicle type and rental agreement. Specific coverage details, limitations, exclusions and driver responsibilities will be explained at the time of booking.

Morocco Luxury Rent Car is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, misuse of the vehicle, illegal use, late return or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Requests for cancellation or modification should be made as early as possible. Cancellation, refund or date-change conditions may depend on the selected vehicle, booking type, rental period and confirmation terms agreed with the customer.
